eBay Integrations

eBay connects buyers and sellers in 190 markets. It is excellent for moving diverse inventory. Integrating eBay helps professionalize your operations; by connecting it to a multi-channel tool, you can manage eBay listings alongside your own website, ensuring inventory counts remain synchronized and shipping workflows remain consistent.
eBay has 4 native integrations in its API directory. This page focuses only on guides we publish and maintain.
Start with the implementation model, not the connector. We map each pair by intent so you can decide if native sync is enough or if this workflow needs stronger controls.

Usually require mapping, retries, or approval gates.
Most eBay integrations are built for Standard setup use cases. Open any guide below to see the recommended setup path and cost estimate.
These are the only partners recommended on this hub, selected from workflow intent and risk signals. Use one path first, then expand only if your use case truly needs it.
11 of this tool's published integration guides require connector logic — field mapping, retries, and conditional routing.
Make is the fastest no-code path to production-ready syncs. Free plan includes 1,000 operations/month; paid plans from $9/mo.
Try Make free — 1,000 ops/month →If your workflow is fully native and low risk, skip paid automation and keep the stack simple.
These guides cover integrations where eBay includes a direct native path.
These workflows usually need connector logic. Open each setup guide to confirm scope before choosing a platform. If you need a starting point, use the recommendations in the section above.

eBay's native integration is thin — like Amazon, most integrations go through eBay's APIs (Trading API and the newer REST APIs). The ecosystem covers listing tools, repricers, inventory managers (Linnworks, Sellbrite, Veeqo), accounting integrators (A2X for QuickBooks), and shipping tools (ShipStation, EasyPost).
Yes — multiple APIs. The newer REST APIs (Sell, Buy, Commerce) are the preferred path; the older Trading API/XML is still widely used. Webhooks (eBay calls them "platform notifications") fire on order, listing, and feedback events. For low-code use Make or n8n — both have eBay modules. OAuth setup is more involved than typical SaaS APIs.
For Google Sheets exports, use Make with the eBay Watch Orders trigger — append each order to a sheet in real time. For warehouse loading, Fivetran and Airbyte both have eBay connectors. For accounting, A2X handles eBay-to-QuickBooks settlement-level summarization the same way it does Amazon.
Dedicated inventory management platforms (Linnworks, Sellbrite, Veeqo) handle multi-channel inventory across eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Walmart. For 2–3 channels and modest SKU count, build via Make: trigger on sale in any channel, decrement inventory in all others. For 1,000+ SKUs or high velocity, the dedicated platforms handle concurrency and conflict resolution better than a custom flow.
