Zoom's LTI Pro app is the native Canvas integration, and it runs inside Canvas as a course tool. Instructors schedule, start, and manage Zoom meetings from a Zoom tab in the course, and students join from the same tab. Cloud recordings can be published to the course so only enrolled students see them. On LTI 1.3, Zoom can also turn meeting attendance into a Canvas gradebook entry: it suggests a score from join time and minutes attended, and the instructor reviews it before submitting. A Canvas admin and a Zoom admin both take part in setup. Attendance grading only works for signed-in Zoom users whose Zoom email matches their Canvas email.
